Marketing Manager

Full-Time, Rockland, MA
As a marketing manager, you are responsible for creating, deploying, tracking and measuring marketing strategies for our university clients. Strategies must drive and support our client’s goals including growing enrollment, increasing awareness, and contributing to the overall success of their programs. The position requires excellent project management skills and strong understanding of digital advertising (PPC, Display and social media advertising). You must be knowledgeable about marketing automation and CRM tools and their value in the lead generation, nurturing and enrollment process.

Digital Marketing Coordinator

Full-Time, Rockland, MA (would consider remote for the right candidate)
As a digital marketing coordinator, you support our digital strategy and execute, manage and deliver sophisticated marketing programs and campaigns for our university clients. You will be responsible for implementation and delivery of these programs across an extension range of channels and platforms.  Your world will be immersed in the latest analytics, SEM/SEO and social strategies. You will spend your days maximizing ad spend, optimizing campaigns and looking for innovative ways to engage prospective students across every channel. This position requires comprehensive digital campaign management experience and superb analytic skills.

Enrollment Advisor

Full-Time, Rockland, MA
As an enrollment advisor, you are responsible for inbound/outbound calling to match potential students to school programs. You will help meet both our university client’s goals and the needs of their prospective students by listening, assessing each individual and making independent judgments as to whether the student is a good fit for a respective program. The enrollment advisor addresses students’ concerns regarding online degree programs and ensures that all prospective students receive the correct program information. In addition, you maintain consistent contact with prospective students, providing the highest level of customer service aligned with the brand, voice and mission of each unique university partner and program.

Engagement Director

Full-Time, Rockland, MA
As an engagement director, you are the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients guaranteeing we meet service level agreements. You are responsible for developing the client relationships, mapping out milestones for the account and ensuring client satisfaction with the services provided. Your role includes client facing responsibilities on marketing updates, campaign reviews and in-person visits; responsible for regular reporting and client meetings via telephone, virtual meeting, or in-person. Responsible for the timely resolution of day to day issues.

Business & Enrollment Analyst

Full-Time, Rockland, MA
As a business and enrollment analyst, you have expertise developing successful data-driven products and solutions, working across leading analytics platforms, CRMs (Customer Relationship Management) and data sources. The successful candidate will be a team player, problem solver and possess excellent decision making, communication, and collaboration skills. In this role, you will lead value assessment, data governance, and automation processes. You will possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a demonstrated track record of translating complex business issues and requirements into well-structured, innovative solutions and products. You will work closely with the internal team and clients to leverage solutions and dashboards for evidence-based decision making.
