Overview
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be a core member of MindMax’s digital marketing team. This individual will take on a support role in assisting MindMax’s campaign execution on behalf of its higher education clients. The core responsibilities of this position will include the build out and maintenance of paid social media advertising campaigns in platforms that include Meta Business Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Additionally, this position will support MindMax’s Marketing Operations staff in the creation and content management of landing pages, nurturing email content, and other back-end marketing processes. Finally, MindMax is looking for an individual who can contribute to the overall health and success of our client engagements by providing account and project management support as needed.

Accountability Areas 

  • 40% Paid Media Management (Social Media Advertising) 
    • Build, manage, and maintain all components of paid social media campaigns in all applicable ad platforms; with an added focus on Meta Business Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager 
    • Build and maintain audience targeting sets within all applicable social media platforms in order to ensure Mindmax’s higher education partners are reaching viav prospective students for their programs
    • Ensure all campaign performance is effectively tracked by implementing best practices related to pixel and conversion tracking both within the ad platforms and in Google Analytics/Tag Manager
    • Act as a thought leader on MindMax’s marketing team to ensure we are staying at the forefront of the latest social media advertising trends
    • A willingness to learn and grow skill set in paid search and display advertising strategies in Google Ads
  • 40% Marketing Automation Execution
    • Assist Mindmax’s Marketing Operations team in the build out and execution of all marketing automation components of our client engagements
    • Work directly with clients on approvals of all content before deployment
    • Build, schedule, and deploy automated and broadcast email campaigns to targeted lists of prospective students
    • Edit and maintain landing pages to ensure accuracy of content and implementation of digital marketing best practices
    • Work on audience segmentation and automation rules to ensure content is served to the correct audiences
  • 20% Client Support/Project Management
    • Play a support role on a select number of client engagements 
    • Assist in the creating and completion of client status reports
    • Maintain and edit tasks within MindMax’s project management tool (Teamwork)
    • Communicate directly with clients for approval of content and/or campaign strategies as needed

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, with specific experience building and managing paid social media campaigns for demand generation
  • Expertise in the latest trends and tactics in paid social media advertising in platforms that include, but are not limited to: Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, and Twitter Ads
  • Ability to implement best practices related to campaign and conversion tracking in all applicable paid social media platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to QA all content in platform before launching
  • A willingness to learn and grow their skills and knowledge in marketing automation platforms, specifically Pardot
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • A self-starter who can manage their workload efficiently and effectively, but also isn’t afraid to ask for help
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Major in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required
  • Preference given to applicants with experience working in the higher education industry

Overview
MindMax is seeking a full-time Digital Content Manager to join our fully remote team. The team member will be an experienced writer and editor, specializing in creating and editing email, landing page, and social media content on behalf of MindMax and our clients in the higher education space. The candidate should be a stellar editor with a mobile-first mindset, who loves to tighten copy and find new ways to reach our audiences. Other elements of the role will include monitoring and maintaining content calendars and email calendars, working with designers on the creation of banner and social media ads, and exporting reports from systems including Pardot.

Performance Goals

  • Optimize process for creative development including documentation of client brand requirements, audience definition, messaging, aesthetic, etc. to ensure all content and visual creative meets and exceeds client expectations
  • Manage all creative processes to find efficiencies of scale
  • Define standards for content deliverables including level of effort estimates and resources to execute (leveraging and extending existing work product)
  • Review all creative (email content, ad copy, landing page copy, blogs, visual design) to ensure adherence to creative brief and alignment with standards and client project needs
  • Coordinate client review of all creative components (email content, ad copy, landing page copy, blogs, visual design) and facilitate inclusion of client feedback while ensuring creative meets project needs
  • Manage contracts of freelance resources, including writers, graphic designers, and creative support specialists.
  • Manage creative expenses within project budget and inform ongoing budget estimates.
  • Aggregate a portfolio of best-in-class creative deliverable examples

Location: Remote with quarterly on-site meetings in Duxbury, MA 

Overview
Under general direction from the Vice President of Technology, the Project Manager will support client delivery serving as a key client contact working directly with account leads, marketing, and enrollment teams. The project manager will review contract deliverables, create communication protocols, develop task templates in the project management platform, and assign and track the internal team’s resource hours toward project milestones.

The Project Manager must be adept at mitigating risk, tracking project tasks, hours and budget, and communicating status through standardized reporting. The Project Manager must be a capable problem-solver, able to work across functional teams, and escalate issues with recommended solutions. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple complex project schedules and reports, managing project scope, and creating and refining process to implement best practices. Additionally, the Project Manager will assist in the management of external contract project resources including graphic designers, copywriters, and web design professionals.

Experience in marketing, publishing, or content development strongly preferred.

Job Requirements

  • Work with Client Partners to analyze project needs ensuring that they fit with resourcing, project objectives and quality standards. Know the questions to ask to onboard each project smoothly.
  • Maintain detailed timelines, project plans, and hours budgeted for project deliverables and key milestones.
  • Have the flexibility to work within an ever-changing workload by effectively setting, observing and re-evaluating project priorities often.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including assigning and managing of tasks, measuring progress against estimates, communicating client needs to internal teams and tracking and escalating issues internally and within the client organization.
  • Lead project status meetings and ongoing project schedule updates.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and understand project priorities.
  • Assist in managing internal and external resources, ensuring projects are appropriately staffed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communication or other related field and/or equivalent work experience
  • Strong project management skills and 3-5 years of demonstrated project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple, concurrent projects with wide-ranging scope
  • Budget tracking and management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience leading in-person and web-based meetings
  • Meticulous organization and attention to detail
  • Flexibility and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Teamwork, Basecamp, Asana, etc.)
  • Self-directed and highly motivated go-getter and team player
